Here are my picks for the NFL Conference Finals:
N.Y. Jets/Pittsburgh: the best three teams in the AFC for the last decade have been New England, Indianapolis, and Pittsburgh, but the N.Y. Jets have had some successful seasons too. Can the Jets win three road games against the AFC's finest on the way to their first Super Bowl appearance since 1969? I think they can. Jets win by 3.
Green Bay/Chicago: the oldest rivalry in the NFL, Green Bay and Chicago have been playing head to head since November 27, 1921. Chicago leads their all-time series 92-83-6 and won their only playoff match in 1941, 33-14. But this season they split their two games and neither team looks like they have a significant advantage. I want to see Green Bay win the Super Bowl so I'm picking the Pack, but if Chicago's defence shows up they'll definitely have their hands full.
