Found an easier way to consume 30 grams of protein powder every morning today thanks to laziness.
I only have four bowls and they were all dirty last night and I decided not to clean them, even though I knew I would need one the next morning in which to place yogurt, granola, maple syrup, cream, and 30 grams of protein powder for breakfast. I reckoned I would simply skip breakfast because washing dishes first thing in the morning is out of the question always, but then decided to simply add the (vanilla flavoured) powder to my morning cup of coffee. The powder tastes pretty gross, the coffee I brew tastes pretty gross, but when mixed together, they don't taste half-bad.
Once again, laziness pays off.
