Warp Speed

It's been a long time since Star Trek: The Next Generation went off the air.

21 years in fact.

Perhaps it's time for another syndicated Star Trek show to begin, something like, Star Trek: The Continuing Voyage/New Civilizations/Alpha-Omega.

Who wouldn't watch that every week?

The show could function as a buffer, an intermediary zone, a, neutral zone, taking place between when Kirk's crew stops starring in the new films, without ruining the end of their run, and when Picard's crew takes over, the end of the series leading into Picard's inevitable captaincy.
