Imagine hippopotami lived in the United States and migrated to Canada every summer, like birds, and if you visited a lake, you might get to see one, or several perhaps, making sure to keep a distance (I hear they dangerous). 

And then there was a mass hippo migration every fall to be captured on film by National Geographic! 

That would be incredibly cool.
