The lack of Canadian teams in this year's NHL playoffs is distressing, however, the facts are the facts, and I feel I must cheer for someone.

I've chosen the St. Louis Blues.

Since joining the league in 1967, one of the original 6 expansion teams, they've only missed the playoffs 8 times according to wikipedia, yet have still never won the Cup.

They have to knock Chicago out to do it.

I think it can be done.

They've had great regular seasons the past three years.
