Ironically, even though the NDP didn't win many seats in Monday's election, they may have more influence in parliament than they've had in decades.

It would be cool to see levelheaded negotiations held between strong opponents in the upcoming weeks, perhaps with the interest of forging a coalition.

A Liberal/NDP government could work remarkably well.

And who wants to go back to the polls in another 6 months to a year?

It's stressful enough once every 4 years!
