The Mandalorian got at least one bad review, but if only one episode has been released, it's tough to cast definitive judgment. I find the first episode of a series is often tailored to an amorphous general public and doesn't fit well with the more specialized episodes that are written after a devoted fan base develops. Being a Star Wars show, you would think this could have been avoided, but who knows what's happening behind the scenes, or whether or not they're saving better episodes for later.

Still haven't seen it myself.
