as they turned the corner in tandem
amidst the open space
by the fountain and the standard
a sharply sentenced sapphire
informed resigning shadow
placated restless static
frequencies clashing
robust resolute image
maintains its composition
nothing to disrupt the presence
of his beautiful face.
