Had the best time last night.

Went to the movies on my own because my friends who were free had already seen the collection of films I wanted to see, and ran into one of my friends from France. She was chillin' with two people I'd never met before and cheerfully introduced me. After that the conversation continued in French and even though I verbally demonstrated that I'm still learning the language and couldn't understand everything they were saying, they didn't switch to English, which enabled me to learn so much more while gaining confidence. A plus evening for sure.
