While ye olde kale burger has its charm, and tastes delicious with pickles, tomatoes, onions, mustard, etcetera, I'm wondering if anyone is currently mass producing butternut squash, beet or sweet potato burgers, vegetables that may produce a tastier option than that created by the aforementioned cabbage?
