Wouldn't it be more profitable to sell burgers made from vegetables (butternut squash perhaps) than those made from meat?

If you can sell digital films for the same price for which you used to sell physical films, why can't you sell veggie burgers for the same price you sell meat burgers?

While ye olde kale burger has its charm, and tastes delicious with pickles, tomatoes, onions, mustard, etcetera, I'm wondering if anyone is currently mass producing butternut squash, beet or sweet potato burgers, vegetables that may produce a tastier option than that created by the aforementioned cabbage?
