After watching every Star Trek: Voyager episode, I've come to the conclusion that Captain Janeway is just as fierce and clever as either Jean-Luc Picard or James Tiberius Kirk.
If not much more so.
She did it without Starfleet, totally reliant on her devoted crew alone.
Which responded with daring resiliency.
Due to her exemplary leadership.
Thus, it seems that if someone is asking the question, "Kirk or Picard?", they're overlooking the tremendous impact Janeway courageously made on Star Trek.
And the question should in fact be, "Kirk, Picard, or Janeway?"
Was this settled in the '90s?
