Accursed remains of a pile of snow
boldly chuckling apropos
its summits once imposing tyrants
now reduced to ashen strident
residues within which cluster
slowly fading filibusters
wildly strained and soiled bed ridden
bellicose voracious vision
watched intently weeks incensed
exhaling plumes recalcitrant
and bit by bit nay drop by drop
the monster withered like a crock
oh doodle frozen fancy frisked
left over glacial detritus
from frozen hearts bursts forth anew
regenerative earthen roots.
