I didn't have dipping sauce for my pizza the other day, so I decided to use mayonnaise instead, and then thought, wouldn't a pizza that uses mayonnaise instead of tomato sauce be delicious? And if mayonnaise pizza is delicious, wouldn't being able to order pizza made with your favourite dipping sauce instead of tomato sauce be a cool option, if not much much more expensive?
