I've never wanted to own a dog and I don't feel the need to have one around, but I do respect how much they love us and the bond they've forged with us throughout human history. Why do none of the other animals behave like them, doing tricks and guarding things etc? Unique amongst animal kind. But they still scare all the other animals away. 🐕
