The sound from Pascal Grandmaison's Double Take reflects an individual's encounter with the Platonic surstrata. A door opens, the individual proceeds into the building/community and the sound intensifies, smoke arises and surrounds him or her as an idea forms, is reinterpreted, challenged, spread out, picked up, and then financed as light is slowly transferred to a structure.
