I learned a mental strategy for dealing with headaches. Perhaps it only works for me but I doubt it. The following is literal: if you have a headache, close your eyes and focus on the pain. then turn that pain into a picture, encapsulate it within an image, like a raccoon, a book, a statue or a pear. Afterwards, remove this picture from your mind, open your eyes and see if your headache has disappeared. I can use my mind to do this and you may possess the same ability. It's better than taking tylenol or aspirin.
Note: I know this recipe can be misinterpreted and present it only as a strategy for removing actual physical headaches from your mind, so that you don't have to take aspirin or tylenol. The mind is a powerful tool and can be used medicinally if you focus.
