that sank and swam
in torrents bloomed
in solace rank
with ripe discord
a blunted stripe
and strict concord
alighting down the
ranting pipe
in costumes plumed
with ransomed heights
alas there is a
broadcast silence
in crunch-time strewn
with modest pliants
