It would be nice if politicians made good on their promises to improve the situation in many nursing homes across Canada and Québec too.

A good recipe: full-time well-paid jobs with benefits will help retain happy workers willing to go the extra mile. Plus, good food, comfortable rooms, and a fun schedule of activities (plus day trips) will help keep the residents happy and stimulated.
