Cooked with tofu for the first time tonight. Didn't read anything about how to prepare it, just sliced it up, threw it in a pan, added mushrooms, green pepper, onion, and creamy garlic sauce, and then stir-fried the fucker. The results were alright, bit bland, but full of non-dead-animal vitamins and nutrients. Not bad tofu, not bad.
