I suppose communists are pissed off while living in a capitalist system because that system turns them into the ultimate ironic expression of individuality, by making them objects of loathing (pursuing communist political objectives while being so despised is a productive form of individuality). And capitalists are pissed off while living in a communist system because that system turns them into the ultimate ironic expression of community, by making them objects of ridicule (and murdering them) even though they possess the charisma necessary to unite large groups of people.
