Listening to her discuss certain things, robustly providing precise interpretations of specific details, comprehensive yet lucid, didactic yet entertaining, left one entrenched with a hollow definition of the political, for here was someone who artistically and effectively administered her department, another generation of scintillating stereolabs, who didn't shy away from adopting and implementing alternative points of view, who encouraged that her business be approached from multidimensional angles, enabling and empowering holistic dispositions, but still didn't take an active upper managerial role, leaving one wondering that if her technique was divergent while at the same time inspirational, then those responsible for guiding and promoting new, contemporary approaches, could in fact be promulgating an antiquated conception of change.
