I think it's possible that a lot of doomsday scenarios are popping up on YouTube which should be thoroughly critiqued, as mentioned yesterday, but hospitals really are managing tragic situations.
Remember, hospital staff were overworked and underpaid before the pandemic, and now they're the ones who have to save thousands of people with a contagious viral infection, on top of their regular workload.
Please maintain the quarantine for however long it takes.
By staying home, you're saving lives.
And making sure the pandemic ends sooner than later.
When you do have to go out for groceries, however, I think the greenest of lights should be given to every comfort food imaginable (and available).
Without hoarding.
Now is not the time to say, "I'll get chocolate or ice cream next week!"
Splurge the urge.
Now is the time for every single delicious food item you can think of, and I highly recommend treating yourself.
With all this time at home, why not?
Remember, hoarding is crappy.
*I don't mean go to the grocery store more often than usual to buy treats, I just mean buy the treats that strike you when you do have to go out to the grocery store.
**Or have your groceries delivered with extra treats (if that options available).
